How long is this program?

This program is monthly, but don't worry you're not locked into any long term commitment. Take advantage of our 7 day trial today!

What equipment do I need?

As long as you have a couple of dumbbells and a drive to be a better version of yourself, you'll be just fine. Stop thinking, start doing. Once you're in, we'll help you progress and/or modify with the weights you have!

I'm a dad and haven't trained in a while, will this be too tough?

That's okay, I get it and that is exactly why i built in progressions and modifications so you can progress at your pace!

Do I have to be a DAD?
